Life is unpredictable. It can change in a split second with no guarantee of tomorrow.

We plan, we pray and we hope for what we want but only God knows our purpose in life.

When God placed Emma early on in my life, I never knew that she would one day give me the Gift of Life.

I had a life-changing experience that one could never have imagined. The terror of being on dialysis to stay alive was one thing.

Receiving a breast cancer diagnosis a year later was devastating. But, I put my faith in God and He carried me through it all.

Through God’s Will and the love and support of my family, friends and my medical team, I made it through.

I feel incredibly blessed and am forever grateful.

As I live this new chapter in my life, I truly believe my purpose is to serve others.

As Nurse Practitioner, I now have the opportunity to serve people with medical needs every day.

I love and enjoy my work and see it as an opportunity to pay it forward.

I want to use this platform to help spread awareness in organ donation.

Many people suffer from organ failure and are faced with end-of-life circumstances.

It is a difficult process and it can be overwhelming.

But, there are organizations that can provide you with information.

Your medical provider can also help guide you to make informative decisions.

Even if you are unable to become an organ donor,

there are other lifesaving opportunities available to help save lives and heal those in need.

Make a difference in people's lives. It's a beautiful thing!
